Remarks: Replaces Amersfoort to ETRS89 (5) and (6) (tfm codes 4830 and 4831). Derived using ETRF2000. In official transformation used with an ellipsoidal height of 0m in Amersfoort or 43m in ETRS89 and with an additional correction grid (up to 0.25m).
