Remarks: This method is an operation pipeline consisting of (i) geographical 2D offset using the NTv2 file format (method code 9615) and (ii) a Helmert transformation in the geocentric domain using the coordinate frame rotation convention (method code 1032). Latitude and longitude from the first step need to be converted to geocentric coordinates for the second step.
