Remarks: Prior to 2000-01-01 the definition of chart datum was Z0 = M2 + S2 + N2 + K2 + K1 + ½Sa plus safety margins (10 cm north of Hordaland, 20 cm in Hordaland, 30 cm from Rogaland to the Swedish border and 40 cm in the inner parts of the Oslofjord).

Area of use: Norway (offshore) and Svalbard and Jan Mayen (offshore).
