Note that the rotation convention (coordinate frame) differs from that used in the transformation from CR-SIRGAS epoch 2019.24 to CR-SIRGAS epoch 2014.59 (code 11044). May be taken as an approximate transformation to ITRF08 / IGb08 / WGS 84 - see code 9752.
