Scope: Geodesy, cadastre, engineering survey, topographic mapping.

Remarks: Replaces Amersfoort to ETRS89 (5) and (6) (CT codes 4830 and 4831). Derived using ETRF2000. In official transformation used with an ellipsoidal height of 0m in Amersfoort for the forward transformation and 43m in ETRS89-NLD [AGRS2010] for the reverse transformation. May be approximated to 1mm using NTv2 transformation Amersfoort to ETRS89-NLD [AGRS2010] (9) (code 9282) [note - uses different NTv2 file to this CT 11397] or to 25cm using Amersfoort to ETRS89-NLD [AGRS2010] (8) (code 9281) which ignores the correction grid.
