Scope: Transformation of coordinates at 0.1m level of accuracy.

Remarks: Derived at 2199 locations throughout Greece. Accuracy evaluated at 231 locations: maximum residual 0.24m, RMS 0.08m. May be approximated to an accuracy of 1-2m by using only the Helmert transformation component: see ETRS89-GRC [HTRS07] to GGRS87 (2) (code 12204).
